Individual consultation
Held in my office in Shop "Deli" on Sundays from 13.00 till 18.00 by appointment, I give 60 minutes for every client. The agenda is the same as in general consultation. As an exception, it is possible to arrange individual consultations on weekdays. If I hold consultation on Sunday (register you in catalog of Family Service) from 13.00 till 18.00, there are 2-4 clients in it. I don’t arrange such consultations just for one client (and members of family).

The cost of individual consultation is 60 ˆ.

Personal consultation
Personal consultations are for people who have serious business, who have very limited free time, and who wish to talk with me one-to-one for any reason (shy, don’t want somebody see them in office etc.). We agree with the client about a day, time and meeting place. We communicate in a good restaurant or bar with a cup of tea, in quiet nice atmosphere and with an interpreter if necessary (translation service is 10 dollars per hour, paid by the client).
The cost of personal consultation is 100 ˆ. Ý. Viewing of ladies in the catalog with an age difference +/- 10 years is free. If the client wishes to look ladies younger by more than 10 years, consultation costs are 150 ˆ. The client can look at such ladies only if the ladies do not object to getting acquainted with a man of his age and if the client wishes and can (by health) have a child in marriage.

1) 1 lady’s phone number from Family Service of Natalia Kosovskaya costs 400 ˆ on the condition that the man arrives in Odessa and meets Madam Kosovskaya, who will check all of his documents and make sure he isn’t married. He must bring following documents:

1. Civil passport.
2. Photo (portrait and full-length). It isn’t necessary to make a special picture. A personal photo from home will be adequate.
3. Birth certificate.
4. Certificate of divorce or death (wife, husband).
5. Diploma (s) (with record of grades).
6. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) as applicable.
7. Photo of child(ren) (irrespective of ages and residence). I have a Family Service and I have to see a photo of your child(ren) because he is/they are family member(s).
8. Certificate from the psychiatrist.
9. Certificate of absence of conviction for those people who don’t wish to get acquainted with a person who has a criminal past.
10. Certificate of the average annual income.
All original documents are necessary. Xerocopies are not acceptable.

If a man wishes to conclude a marriage contract with my client, I want to know basic points of the contract.

First, the man takes the phone number of the lady who meets his requirements and with whom he wants to get acquainted strictly for the purpose of marriage. He calls her, meets her, and communicates with her independently.

Keeping in mind that, in Ukrainian culture, a proper and chaste young woman can meet and communicate with an unknown man only in the presence of parents or other members of family, the following options are available.

2) For 200 ˆ, a man can receive the phone number of one client (regardless of age) of Family Service of Natalia Kosovskaya and (after his documents are determined to be satisfactory) may meet the lady accompanied by any member of her family.

3) For 300 ˆ, a man can receive the phone number of one client of Family Service of Natalia Kosovskaya (under same conditions stated above) may meet the lady accompanied by Madam Kosovskaya and an interpreter (just in case man don’t speak Russian and woman don’t know English language).

If the lady’s has no parents or family members who are available to meet, the lady will be accompanied by Madam Kosovskaya.

What happens at a meeting?
At the first meeting, Madam Kosovskaya introduces you to each other, you talk to each other and get acquainted. You enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, polite conversation, and answer each other’s questions. After 10-20 minutes, Madam Kosovskaya will leave you alone to continue your meeting. The client will decide whether or not to continue translation services, and the meeting concludes at the agreed time.

The next day, the man and the lady must call Madam Kosovskaya between 12:00 and 21:00 and inform her of the impressions you made on each other.

When the lady’s parents are present, they also must call Madam Kosovskaya and inform her of their impressions about the man and if they agree that their daughter can continue to communicate with him. If the lady’s parents do not approve of the man, they will not give their daughter permission to depart Ukraine for permanent residence elsewhere, and further communication will be prohibited. Madam Kosovskaya will inform the man of this decision within 3 hours from the time she receives the information from the lady’s parents.

Madam Kosovskaya has 6 conditions for registering in the catalog of Family Service of Natalia Kosovskay. All ladies who are in the catalog know these conditions and signed a written pledge not to break the provisions of the contract.

2) Madam Kosovskaya doesn’t ask for health certificates stating that the man or woman can have a child in marriage. If you want such a certificate, simply tell Madam Kosovskaya and pay a deposit in an account at the office of the doctor or hospital of your choice. Then, your bride (or groom) to be will have the necessary tests performed and obtain the desired certificate.

3) Madam Kosovskaya personally visits the home, office, and study place of each client. If the lady lives in another city, she pays for Madam Kosovskaya’s travel expenses (train and taxi) to the lady’s house. In the lady’s house, Madam Kosovskaya checks where and in what condition the lady lives, and talks with the lady’s parents, children (if she has any) and neighbors. Madam Kosovskaya also observes if the lady knows good etiquette and receives guests properly.
Madam Kosovskaya observes the lady prepare soup or borsch, a dish of meat or fish, porridge, pancakes, fritters or cheesecakes, salad, and tea or coffee. Then the lady sets the table and all the family sits down to eat. Madam Kosovskaya judges the meal on its presentation (appearance) and taste. If any dish is prepared incorrectly, 14 days of training are allowed and Madam Kosovoskaya will return for a second evaluation.
Madam Kosovskaya observes the lady wash, iron linen, a uniform shirt, and a man’s shirts and pants. She watches the lady stitch a seam on a bed-sheet, sew on 2-3 buttons, darn a sock, and sew a patch on a worn item of clothing. She checks to see if the lady can embroider or knit, too.
Madam Kosovskaya takes all items on which she checks the lady. She wants that all women live in plenty, have laundresses, cooks and servants, and never has to darn socks or put patches on clothes. However, Madam Kosovskaya believes that a real woman must be able to do all of these things. Do not need to carry knowledges behind shoulders.
If the lady live in the county, Madam Kosovskaya checks how she looks after animals, whether or not she is able to milk a goat or a cow, feed hens, prepare forage for pigs, geese, duck, and so on. Family Service of Natalia Kosovskaya very strictly forbids 2 things: 5) Intimate relations before marriage.     Broadcast 14 live TV programs and rebroadcast 42 programs on television channel PLUS with a direct transmission on the Radio GLAS on channel 106.6 FM and on TV channel GLAS. Through the satellite on channel Strana Sovetov my live broadcasts were transmitted in all Europe countries.
    Television channel HEALTH produced a film about my Family Service. Viewers saw 8 rebroadcasts of the program in September and October 2008. There has been a permanent author's program about Family Service of Natalia Kosovskaya every month since December, 4th, 2007 on 102.7 FM radio station Harmony of the world. There were 12 broadcasts and 36 rebroadcasts of this program.

    There were 12 issues of the newspaper “Family Service”. The first newspapers consisted of 24 pages until October, 2008, and it was sold in newsstands for 1 hrn. Since October, 1st, 2008, the newspaper consists of 32 pages. “Family Service” became the most popular newspaper in Odessa and since January 1st, 2009, it is only in PRESS-ODESSA newsstands for 4 hrn.
    During 2008, 17,963 people came to me for consultation; 366 of them were children (147 children to age 14, 219 children from 14 to 16). Children were consulted free.
    I refused to consult with 3012 people for different reasons (the main reasons are listed on p. 27).

Free legal redress was rendered for 169 citizens, including: to 23 citizens of Ukraine, 74 citizens of Russia, 5 citizens of Moldova, 29 citizens of the Chechen Republic, 7 citizens of Turkmenistan, 12 citizens of Uzbekistan, to 7 citizens of Tajikistan, 3 citizens of Kazakhstan, 6 citizens of Afghanistan, to 2 citizens of Pakistan and 1 citizen of Nigeria; pecuniary aid was rendered to 12 citizens of Ukraine, (including 3 sick children of school age); and 7 acts of charity. Broadcast 12 live TV programs on television channel PLUS with a direct transmission on the Radio GLAS and rebroadcasts on TV channel PLUS every Thursday and on channel GLAS every Friday whole September, October and November, 2007. Through the satellite on channel Strana Sovetov, my live broadcasts were transmitted in all Europe countries.

    Broadcast 2 radio programs (from 22 of programs “Marriage acquaintance on the radio”) on 102.7 FM radio station “Harmony of the World”. The first broadcast over the radio was December 4, 2007.
    In Kiev, in the State Department of Ukraine, a decision will be made on my TV program about a “Difficult Marriage Acquaintance”. The question was decided 3 months ago, but I hope that it will conclude positively and that I can make this program with the participation of a person who now serves a sentence in a penal colony in Odessa and to show it to you.
    In 2007, 8917 citizens came to me for consultation, including 327 children. I received more than 8,000 letters.

    All letters were delivered to addressees. I refused to register 137 people in the Family Service catalog.

    126 married couples which were going to divorce were consulted. After conversation with me 97 couples realized their love for each other and that they could not live without each other. Sixteen couples are now waiting for a baby. 7,016 persons were registered in the Family Service catalog. Since August, 2007, I have published a newspaper, “Family Service.”
